🚨 Important Sale Info

- 'Allocation Exhausted' means all tickets are currently in guests' carts. If carts are abandoned, tickets will return to sale.

- Once you're in, you have 5 minutes to complete your ticket selection.

- Ticket tiers differ only in price and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

📜 Tickets Terms & Conditions

- The event is strictly 20+.

- The ticket grants access to the Countdown Party from 9PM. Last entry is at 2AM.

- Timed Entry tickets require entry during the time slot stated on your ticket. Late entry may incur an additional fee.

- This ticket does not include the Gala Dinner or table packages.

- Countdown Party tickets may be available at the door, subject to availability.

- Tickets are redeemed once at the entrance for a wristband. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. A new wristband must be purchased at the applicable door price at the time.

- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, unauthorised, or fraudulent.

- In the event of rain or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, tickets will be converted to F&B credit.

- All sales are final. No refunds.

Reservations & Payment

- The event is strictly 20+.

- All reservations require full pre-payment in order to be confirmed.

- Café del Mar Phuket reserves the right to request proof of payment upon arrival and to refuse entry or cancel the reservation if such proof cannot be provided.

- Table assignments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are at the discretion of Café del Mar Phuket

- Additional orders placed on site must be paid per order.

Arrival & Holding Policy

- Doors open at 5PM for check-in. The Gala Buffet Dinner commences at 6PM.

- Reserved Tables: Guests must check in by 6PM. Failure to arrive may result in cancellation without refund and resale of the booking.

- At least one guest from each group must check in to secure the table.

Refunds & Cancellations

- All bookings are non-refundable. Please confirm all details prior to purchase.

- Tables not checked in and subsequently resold after 8PM will not be refunded.

- In the event of cancellation due to weather or force majeure, table packages will be converted to venue credit for food and beverage.

Any exceptions to the above policy are subject to prior approval from the management of Café del Mar Phuket.
