These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and bookings under Café del Mar Phuket, including:
By purchasing, booking, or entering the venue/property, guests agree to the following terms.
“Allocation Exhausted” means tickets are currently held in customer carts. If abandoned, tickets may return to sale.
Guests have 5 minutes to complete ticket purchases once entering the booking flow.
Ticket tiers differ only by price and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets are valid only if purchased through authorized sellers.
For ticketing support:
Club Room & Pyramid Stage Events: strictly 20+
Temple Stage events: Guests under 20 may enter, but dancefloor access is strictly 20+
Valid government-issued ID or passport may be required upon entry.
Presale / Early Bird tickets: entry by 4 PM
Other ticket tiers: entry by 6 PM
After-party tickets: entry by 00:30 AM
Door sale tickets may enter anytime.
Late arrivals may be denied entry or charged a 500-1,000 THB late fee.
Tickets are redeemed once at the entrance for a wristband.
Wristbands must be worn throughout the event.
Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
Wristbands are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Main Event tickets grant access to the outdoor event only.
After-Party tickets grant access to Club Room events only.
Ticket fees cover entry only unless otherwise stated.
All ticket purchases are final.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
In case of cancellation caused by weather or natural events, tickets may be converted into Food & Beverage credit.
Entry may be refused if:
Tickets are damaged or defaced
Tickets were not purchased through authorized sellers
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Guests fail to comply with venue policies
Fraudulent tickets may be reported to authorities.

Operating hours may change without prior notice.
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in cancellation without refund.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
Pets are not permitted.
Glassware is prohibited near the pool.
Café del Mar reserves the right of admission.
Guests must comply with all venue and safety regulations.
Beach Chic attire is required.
Not permitted:
Management reserves the right to deny entry.
Valid only on the booking date.
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Not applicable for non-F&B products or services.
Professional equipment and drones require prior approval.
By entering the venue, guests consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes.
6+ days before booking: 95% refund or reschedule
4–5 days before booking: 50% refund or full future credit
Less than 72 hours / No-show: non-refundable
By booking with Café del Mar Phuket Suites & Penthouse, guests acknowledge the property experience includes music and nightlife atmosphere until late hours.

Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Security Deposit:
Guests may be required to present valid identification.
Additional visitors may incur additional charges.
Children and pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.
A cleaning fee of USD 300 (approximately THB 10,000) may apply for violations.
Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.
Charges may apply for repairs, replacements, or specialist cleaning.
Café del Mar reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove guests behaving inappropriately, disruptively, or unlawfully.
Café del Mar Phuket shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather events, natural disasters, utility failures, or government restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
